After a horde of hit blockbuster films, a handful of rumoured Hollywood romances and countless best-dressed red carpet appearances, actress Margot Robbie is well on her way to becoming a fully-fledged movie icon.
Born and raised in Australia, the young talent moved from her hometown on the Gold Coast to Melbourne to pursue an acting career. Landing roles in various Indie films, Margot soon got a part in the popular show Neighbours for which she won two awards.
Hollywood quickly took notice and the actress moved to Tinseltown to star in ABC’s drama, Pan Am.
As the series drew to a close, Margot snagged her breakout role in Martin Scorsese’s biopic The Wolf of Wall Street alongside Leonardo DiCaprio. In the years that followed, the 26-year-old went onto appear in went onto appear in a slew of successful films including About Time, Focus with Will Smith, Z for Zachariah and the Legend of Tarazan. Most recently Margot has been promoting her latest flick, Suicide Squad, co-starring Cara Delevingne, Viola Davis and Jared Leto.
Margot has also been busy making waves in the fashion and beauty industry, fronting glossy magazine covers, including Vogue and Elle, in addition to landing a contract with Calvin Klein to be the face of their Deep Euphoria fragrance campaign.
Busy promoting Suicide Squad in New York City, Margotrecentlystepped out in a flirty floral dress by Gucci paired with black patent platforms. Looking every inch the movie star, the Aussie actress finished off her ensemble a matching embroidered bag and oversized shades.
