Early Life And Career
Bang Chan was born in Seoul, South Korea on October 3, 1997 (at the age of 24; as of 2021). Christopher Bang is the real name of Bang Chan. He was a student at Newtown High School of the Arts. Nothing is known about their parents. His siblings are Lucas Bang, a younger brother, and Hannah Bang, a younger sister.
The trio “3RACHA” was founded in late 2016 in Seoul, South Korea, and in January 2017, Chan (CB97) and other trainees Han Jisung (J.ONE) and Seo Changbin (SPEAR B) published their debut untitled Mixtape on SoundCloud under the moniker “J:/2017/mixtape.” There were seven tunes on the mixtape.Their professional ability to write and produce songs quickly won them praise from fans.
The Stray Kids’ “Mixtape” debut EP, which 3Racha claimed to have written and produced, including music written during the creation of the Stray Kids reality survival program. The track “District 9” is from 3Racha’s “I Am NOT” EP, which was released on March 25.
The album was written and produced in collaboration by all three members of 3Racha. In 2018, “Stray Kids” published two additional albums, “I Am Who” and “I Am You,” on which Chan, together with 3Racha, is credited with writing and producing the majority of the songs.
